No misleading, fraudulent, or spam content.

Do not attempt to defraud gifters, profile holders, or Cherrish.
Do not interfere with the platform's security, integrity, or operation.
Do not collect personal information about others without their consent.
Do not attempt to bypass payment processes or avoid platform fees.
Gifts are voluntary and final, except in cases of fraudulent card use.
Do not pressure or coerce gifters into sending gifts.
Profile holders must not promise rewards or services they do not intend to deliver.
We monitor activity and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent bans and loss of access to pending balances.
We may report illegal activity to law enforcement if necessary.
