For Profile Holders: we collect account details (email, password, username, full name, display name, date of birth), profile information (address, post code, bio, avatar, social usernames, colours), verification & account settings (role, isVerified, isBanned, commission percentage, referredBy), security information (IP address, user agent), and metadata (timestamps, leaderboard).
For Stripe Connect onboarding: we collect your legal name, phone number, home address, and bank account details. These are submitted directly and securely to Stripe for identity verification and payout setup. Bank account details and phone number are not stored on Cherrish servers.
For Gifters: we collect optional display name, optional message, and card details (processed by Stripe, not stored by us).
For Profile Posts: we collect text and optional images.
For Visitors to Profile Pages: we log IP address and user agent.

Profile holder account details are retained while your account is active and as required by law.
Bank account details, phone number, and identity documents submitted during Stripe Connect onboarding are processed and retained by Stripe, not by Cherrish.
Gifter payment card details are never stored by us.
IP addresses and user agents are retained for security and analytics for a limited period.
